Coming from a strong healthcare background Daire joined Mediteq in 2025 as a theatre specialist. Having previosuly graduated with a FDSc in Vaccination, Diploma in Dental Assisting and studying at the School of Pharmacy in the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Daire also has strong experience in General & Oral Surgery Dental Nursing, Phlebotomy, Immunisation, Cross-Infection Control and Neuropharmacology Daire has been able to use a clinical view to ensure Mediteq is always keeping healthcare professionals in mind.
Commercial Director & Biologist
Laura is Mediteq's commercial director, having come from a science background and graduated from Queens University Belfast with a BSc in Human Biology before going on to work in the corporate world and combining her clinical knowledge with her business mind. She has been recognised at univeristy level for outstanding academic performance and is constantly keeping up with everything new in the world of infection control.
Managing Director & Biomedical Scientist (Microbiology)
Lynne is Mediteq's amazing MD who comes has spent the last 2 decades working in the field of Microbiology and its applications within the health sector. Having graduated with a BSc in Biomedical Science she then went on to work with large international corporations within their medical department before setting up Mediteq in 2016. She has also untaken further studies, enhancing her understanding of infection control.
Clinical Specialist
Niamh brings a wealth of hands-on nursing experience to her role—from theatre and paediatrics to ophthalmology and general practice. As a qualified Registered General and Children’s Nurse, Niamh now leads educational initiatives through Mediteq Academy, specialising in surgical glove training, aseptic technique, and infection prevention for public hospital staff across Ireland. Her teaching is grounded in real-world clinical insight and guided by HSE and WHO best practices. Passionate about improving surgical safety and supporting healthcare professionals, Niamh helps bridge the gap between product application and clinical excellence—ensuring Mediteq’s glove systems are used with skill, confidence, and consistency to enhance patient outcomes.
